Book your dream vacation with your family on our 42 ft Catamaran Cruiser Aqua Lodge Houseboat! Your days will be spent relaxing on the upper or lower deck, watching your kids go down the water slide, paddle boarding with beautiful views surrounding you, and cuddling up on the couch at night. This is a vacation that has it all with the ability to have your lodging and entertainment and the ability to cook all in one place!
The boat is brand new and has a kitchen, two staterooms, an upper loft, a futon and a full bathroom. Your family will have a blast spending long days on the water and being rocked to sleep at night by the lapping waves.
The boat is located on Fort Loudoun Lake in Knoxville, Tennessee and is an easy boat ride away from beautiful Tellico Lake.
You will be able to drive this boat. Person responsible for driving this boat must have checkout with owner / trained Captain before taking this boat out. Boat is fully equipped with a Garmin GPS to help you get to places you want to go!

* Boat MUST be anchored by dusk.

* The owner or a trained Captain will help you get it out of the home marina. You may not bring it back in and dock it at the home marina on your own. If you need to return to the home marina at any time during your stay you must give us a 12 hour notice and will be charged a $40 docking fee.
* For your safety the boat comes with a GPS tracking device. This way if something was to break we would be able to get you help.
* Please note that the cleaning fee also includes a full tank of gas for both the boat and the generator.

Summary: We went on Sweet Abi Mae for a short trip with our young daughters. The houseboat was incredibly comfortable and had everything we could want or need. The girls (and my husband) had the best time playing on the slide and the paddle boards. Cruising around on the lake was so fun too! We will definitely come back!!

Summary: Overall place was great. Very nicely equipped and fun time staying out on the water. We took it all the way down to the stadium. Place gets rocking and rolling when other big boat wakes hit you, but after first experience you know what to expect. We highly recommend this rental and would do it again when planning to stay out on the lake for a couple of days. Very user friendly and easy to drive and park.

Summary: This was a wonderful experience for our family. I can't say enough about how great Kaley and Tim were - from communication leading up to our stay, all the way through (at our initiation) to docking at the end. The houseboat was super clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was truly relaxing - such a unique (and GREAT) place to stay. Was great for our family (5 yr old and 14 yr old) and do not hesitate to recommend in the highest way possible. Easily the best VRBO we've ever stayed in.

Summary: It was so nice to relax and enjoy some quiet time and time to unplug. We enjoying swimming, paddle boarding, grilling our lunch and dinner, playing games with our teens and enjoying the sunsets. Perfect family vacation for a normally hectic on the go family.

Summary: Tim & Kaley were excellent hosts. The boat was extremely clean upon arrival and was a great alternative to staying in a condo or resort. Our children enjoyed the water slide and swimming in the various coves. The boat is well stocked with essentials. You just need to bring your food and clothing. The bathroom was a nice surprise as it’s bigger than most camper bathrooms! The beds and pillows were comfortable! We enjoyed our three night / four day stay!

Summary: If you are wondering if you should book this trip- don’t think twice- just do it!!! This experience was absolutely AMAZING! We relaxed, we paddle boarded, we fished, we explored the lake… beds were super comfortable… you are on a boat and this is the experience- so don’t expect all the amenities of on land living- but that’s part of what made it so fun!!!! My husband was pretty hesitant about this trip and the cost but he must have said “this is awesome, thank you for booking this” at least 50 times on the trip. Kayle and Tim were AMAZING and so helpful! Just book it - you will only want to rebook it again and again! ☺️☺️☺️ Can’t wait to do this again!!!!
