Positive: It was the first time ever I travelled with my dog, and while many local "pet friendly" hotels I had contacted told me I should pay extra, Svityaz hosted us both without any additional charges - thank you. I enjoyed the swimming pool. Although not too big, it was never crowded.

Negative: My attic room was spacious and quiet, but there are some things to complain about. When I checked in, I discovered a piece of pizza left in the fridge by the previous occupants ) The light switches were both far from the bed, even the one for the side lamp. Also, I expected richer breakfasts. Still, I was satisfied with my stay and would gladly return.
