Positive: Beautiful place with traditional hospitality. Its amazing that there are still places like that.

Negative: Quiet is luxury. To many photo shootings with loud influencers, tired kids crying in black tie restaurant or chasing in pool with parents who do not react. This kind of precious hotel should have adults only areas or hours of use.

Positive: The spa is quite pleasant. The dinners and lunches are very good, and the food is delicious. I also want to mention the professionalism of the waiter, Federico, who is very passionate about his work and puts in a lot of effort.

Negative: The breakfast was very poor. The fruit and avocado were very poor quality and not fresh. The Benedict eggs were also very strange. I did not like the quality of the massage. It was also inconvenient that there was no transfer to the cross-country skiing. I had to constantly call a taxi, but not all taxis take skis, which was extremely inconvenient. Otherwise, everything was good.

Positive: Gorgeous location and infrastructure. The hotel, restaurants, bar and spa were all exceptional. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Negative: The food was below expectation. The croissants and bread at breakfast were not fresh (on both mornings) but rather dry and it appeared that the croissants were at some point frozen and then reheated. We were surprised that simple orders like fruit juice and forrest berries cost extra (over 24chf each) The dinner in the Stube was tasty but nothing out of the ordinary and definitely not worth the exorbitant price.

Summary: The hotel, facilities and staff are wonderful, the food is below expectations.
