Positive: We had self catering and facilities were excellent for cooking and access to local pubs, grounds were excellent for everyone the hot tubs and sauna kept us going with the pool table and snooker table the small children had push and ride on toys large play area also ping pong table showers an toilet area in the communal area there is so much to keep you busy all nice looking furniture and a large tv and sound system. Five stars for us

Negative: On site we loved out time there. Our only worry was one road got damaged by the heavy rain but you could still drive down it, l worried but other drivers in our party didnt

Summary: Paradise in Devon it covered all are needs and wants in style
