Positive: The location is excellent. The Apartment is really central, near shops and touristic attractions. Very confortable...

Negative: The apartment n. 6 (1st floor) is very small, almost claustrofobic with only one small window (but it won't open completely). The bathroom has no window. The TV won't work even if I asked the assistant 3 times.

Positive: The proximity to ‘everything’ was excellent; space was clean and comfortable; there was lots of natural light and windows. Staff was responsive. In sum, “All good. No complaints.”

Negative: Not myself but another person might find it difficult to walk up/down 4 flights of stairs.

Summary: This is a great little quiet property smack in the middle of Dublin, on the edge of Temple Bar.

Positive: Location was so central without being too loud. The apartment configuration itself was fantastic! I could totally live there.

Negative: Would've been nice to have the option to leave our bags an hour or two early, or slightly more helpful guidance from the hosts to find a location to do so.

Positive: The hosts provided plenty of detailed information before check-in. They even offered for us to drop our bags off early if we needed to. They were very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable with updated appliances and nice furniture. The kitchen had all the basics we needed to cook for ourselves. We were two women traveling and felt very safe and secure in the building--one had to pass through two doorways with different codes to be able to access the hallway. We were right in the middle of Temple Bar, but on a very quiet street. We walked almost everywhere, but when we needed a bus, there were several stops within a 2–3-minute walk. We were so pleased with our accommodations and very sad to leave!

Negative: There was one pub close by that played live music until early in the morning hours. We took care of that by closing our windows and turning on a fan.

Summary: Sutcliffe House was outstanding thanks to the location, safety, and cleanliness of the apartment!
