Negative: The property was unkempt. The bed was marginally comfortable. Ants in the kitchen.

Positive: It was a little bigger than I expected. The cottage was clean, stocked with extra blankets and pillows, well stocked kitchen, good communication with owners. We did clean the dishes we used upon leaving, but I appreciate the small check out list.

Negative: This was kind of a big one as my spouse and I slept in the room by the kitchen, the bed was quite hard... Hence my rating on the comfortability. Small amount of outlets in house, I couldn't find one in the bathroom? Not a deal breaker though. One last thing, it does house 6 people so I would recommend having 6 bath towels rather than 4.

Positive: Great location, very nice layout and amenities. Quiet, shaded parking. Choice of mattress firmness between the two bedrooms. The kitchen was very large and convenient. Lots of streaming options on the TV. Close to main street and grocery store. Hosts very flexible with our odd check in/out times for Reno flights.

Negative: Front door lock was hard to open without pushing the door up. Otherwise no issues or problems!

Summary: Very nice place, would stay again.
