Summary: Perfect for what I needed: very basic, fair price, convenient parking, and real close to JFK. Joe at the front desk was helpful with a great attitude.Support stores next door.

Summary: This place is old school. My room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Had a nice room overlooking the back canal. Plenty of food choices close. Would I stay there again ?? Definitely !!

Summary: People talking kind of loud in the hallway at 2 am, not really the motels fault. Good inch of light under the (hollow?) door. Heater dirty like dryer lint (most hotels have this problem). Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The view of the water and the breeze from the water is really great! Make sure you get a room facing the water not the street. A bit expensive for what you get but right now what isn’t expensive for what you get? Bit of a mixed bag. Good enough if you are easy going and flexible, not good enough if you are picky/ particular.
