Summary: Great property great staff. Can not speak for renovated rooms but older unrenovated “rustic” rooms are a bit small but well priced for the area and room size. Floor in hallway was very slanted. Water was either burning hot or freezing cold. amenities were thoughtful but implemented oddly. Bed was on metal frame with plywood. Door was very thin. All being said the stay was comfortable and generally worth the price for the 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to downtown Chatham. Definitely the best value

Summary: Great location just a minute from the beach and also a short walk to town. Loved they had beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels available to borrow. Room was basic but had everything we needed.

Summary: Good location - walkable to the beach. Friendly manager/front desk. They offer a Continental breakfast and afternoon wine in the public area. However, this is a historic building and the walls/floors are really thin. I got to hear all kinds of fun things from my upstairs neighbors—from snoring to conversations to sex. No daily maid service; they said it was "upon request," so I requested that the bed be made. Still no service. Would not stay here again.
