Positive: No instructions on how to operate the furnace. We were freezing. Need better instructions on how to operate the stove/oven. The extra blankets smelled like dog poop. We turned on the water heater as soon as we arrived but the water never got hot

Positive: Superb location. Well equipped and clean.

Negative: Hot water not working properly and had to be sorted by host. The grey water had not been emptied prior to our arrival and we had to sort it after only one day.

Positive: lovely location along the Klamath River, close to the Redwoods, and ocean, enjoyed the Trees of Mystery. Diverse ways to stay.

Negative: It had fingerprints on al the stainless steel, but the beds were clean and comfortable

Positive: We loved the location along the river and being able to enjoy the out-of-doors and the scenery instead of always doing a hotel room. We enjoyed the community bonfire at night and meeting some of the local people.

Negative: The nights were a little cool and the heat didn't seem to work in the camper. The shades over the windows wouldn't stay down on several of the windows. We ended up using towels and clips to get a little privacy.

Summary: Great option to enjoy the out-of-doors and great location to the Redwoods.

Positive: The camper was set right by the river so we had a beautiful view. The location was perfect for hiking in the redwood NP.

Negative: The igniter switch for the oven/stove was missing so it was frustrating as we had planned on cooking meals. We were able to use a lighter for the stove top but we're not able to use the stove.
