Positive: We had a wonderful stay in Bicheno! The property was clean, cozy, and very well maintained. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. It was also very convenient for visiting the beach and spotting penguins in the evening. The house was incredibly quiet, which made it very relaxing. One of the highlights was being able to see the stunning Milky Way right from the front yard—truly an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bicheno. We would definitely stay again!

Positive: Location, views, cleanliness and general amenities were all brilliant! It was a really easy check in, great communication from our host and the property was brand new and really, really nice to stay in. There were 5 of us, it was very comfortable and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area, only a few minutes drive from the centre of town/everything!

Negative: Just a suggestion, but would be good to add a blind to the front door so that passers by cannot see in the property and some lamps for more ambient lighting.

Summary: An unbeatable view, great location and beautifully designed brand new home for family or friends.

Negative: Needs a hand rail on north side of entry stairs - dangerous in wet weather entry door lockset is dangerous in an emergency, as it is the only accessible exit and requires the key to be able to open the door. The entry door should be openable from inside without a key. The glass entrance door needs a blind for privacy. particularly at night. The ensuite mirror backlight cannot be turned off. The laundry/WC and main bathroom windows need a blinds for nighttime privacy. Lounge is uncomfortable and a separate lounge chair would be useful Dining table/desk chairs with large rubber pads were unsuitable for use on carpet and caused several trips when they "grabbed" while being moved.

Summary: nice location, well-built new house, a few teething issues that when sorted will make it a winner
