Positive: Everything: clean, bright, all accommodations we could hope for. It's spacious for a studio, safe, amazing access to beach and grounds. Bed was comfortable, clean and pretty. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Positive: Location is excellent, beachfront and easy walk. Comes with club access

Negative: It says it sleeps 4 people, it sleeps two (one bed) unless they meant for two to sleep on the couch which is NOT a pullout bed. The condo is dated with 30+ year old kitchen and bathrooms. Shower faucet fell off during stay and no replies to fix it from owner.

Summary: Beautiful location, below average value
