Positive: Room was comfortable, really quite private for a hostel. Great to have a good empty fridge! Cooking and eating place only shared by one other person . My room was at the back so I got good sleep. The staff always seemed to be there if you wanted something . There is laundry service and they helped find the times of the elusive bus!

Negative: No view , but you are only across the road from the beach

Positive: The place in general is nice, clean, jungle feel and really great placement, close to everything. The staff were lovely, really helpful.

Negative: The private room I got was in the kitchen and opposite the staffs room so you can imagine the noise at night and in the morning. For the price paid, really not worth it. The bedroom was tiny, very basic, really unconfortable bed (can feel like the mental wires).

Negative: for 2 people with 2 large suitcases the room is a biit small, but you just sleep in the room, so its totally fine

Negative: It’s called surf paradise but there were no surfboards there to rent… stuff advised to go to the city to rent so that was a bit surprising

Negative: It is at the main street and there is a waterpump of the hostel running noisy and frequently. So bring ear plugs for the night. No information about local bus hours

Positive: Super cozy and homely vibes in this hostel. Loved chilling in the courtyard and having coffe there in the morning. Extremely friendly and helpful staff (always reachable on whatsapp, easy communication and they even did me a favour by renting me a bike).

Negative: The shower was a bit broken (but hot water and clean bathroom so it was ok). The kitchen could use a coffee maker to make your own coffee in the afternoons (also they do offer free coffee in the mornings). The wifi didn’t always work great.
