Positive: Object was situated near to the public beach and 7 minutes from bus.stop that was taking us to the city center which was located 20 minutes by bus. Everything was clean and well maintained. Parking slots were available. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient.

Positive: The place was perfect for our family of 5. It was VERY clean, and our host provided us with easy to follow instructions for our arrival. It was only a 5 minute walk from the door to the beach, so we were very pleased with the location as well. Many great restaurants were within a 10 minute drive, so dining out was no issue either.

Positive: Close to beach, great for windsurfers.. The beach is always windy. Not a swimmy beach.. Local cafe/bars are great options for food and drink. New facility and rolladen shades for windows on main building. Towels were very nice. Decent price if the constructions was complete. Ocean view was nice. Large room size with plenty of sleeping options for guests. Great private parking.
Negative: It an active constriction site on the ground floor of main building. Construction starts around 630 in the morning. You will wake up from the noise and vibrations. The first floor of the building looks nothing like the image on google or booking.. Also hall's were freshly painted without signs. Everyone ended up with with clothing... bungalow had shower curtains for window curtains.. did not block light.

Positive: It’s was an amazing relaxing place after busy Rome. Super combo for holidays with kids. Very clean beach house, clean sheets, clean towels— always important. Big enough for family of 4 but easily can take 2 more people. We could cook - I like this opportunity on holidays to not eat just in restaurants. You feel love of this accommodation in every detail — starting with the shared story how it begon and ending with every touch in decoration … we were very happy to stay there, to make long walks on the beach, to make yoga practices on the terrace, to share food and our thoughts… for me definitely great value between quality and price. I travel a lot, alone and with my family and I don’t leave reviews much - just when it was really something … by the way we could enjoy early check in and late check out — really appreciate it ❤️ thank you so much
