Positive: The location is excellent and beach access is easy too. The hot tub was also very relaxing and the views at the house are outstanding.

Negative: The fireplace is out of order and that was a big disappointment. Several areas in the house are very dirty and in need of a deep cleaning- namely the carpets and oven. There wasn’t a wine opener in the kitchen so we had to purchase one. The downstairs windows do not have screens and one of the blinds was broken and could not be raised. Bath towels are very thin and scratchy. The drains in the bathrooms are slow to drain.

Summary: Great location but this house needs some TLC

Positive: This home has a beautiful view of the ocean from all windows facing the water. It was easy to get into the property with the kitchen access on the same level as parking. Plenty of room for 10 people.

Negative: There were numerous maintenance issues. The French doors to the balcony on the main level were tied together with a nylon rope - the lock was broken and the door would not close completely. There were 2 sets of doors in the Master to the balcony and only one set worked which was inconvenient. The main faucet in the kitchen was broken and came off every time we turned the water on (which we fixed ourselves with a screw and screwdriver). There was a broken chair on the main level deck. The hot tub turned green after using it twice. This is a BEAUTIFUL property but needs some ongoing maintenance. I went back and read the prior reviews and it appears maintenance is not consistent at this property. Overall the value for the money was good and I would recommend this property.

Positive: It’s a beautiful home! Lots of space! Comfortable bed in master.

Negative: The floors were dirty, the Matt in main floor bathroom was very dirty. Garbage can outside half full. We had to put garbage to the side and wait for Monday pick up to put the rest in. No toilet paper at all in master bath. It’s supposed to be included in the amenities. There were 10 of us there for 5 nights and the other bathrooms only had 1 extra roll. Description of property was a little misleading. It should say 50’ above the beach not from the beach. Also, stairs were not vacuumed enough there were dead flowers on the lower stairs. Doors to outside were unlocked on bottom floor. Coffee table that has carved decorations was full of crumbs. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the home upon arrival. Especially for the price!
