Summary: This place was a mixed bag. Good: - Staff and Service - Location (near a lot of food and shopping) - Cleanliness - Condition of hotel Bad: - Noisy neighbors due to no sound proofing. At one point (at 1:00 am) I thought someone was in our room only to discover they were next door. It was so bad I could understand their complete conversation. Also, noise from floors above and stairs. You could even hear lobby conversations throughout the night and morning.

Summary: The room and lobby were very clean. However this hotel is not even a little bit sound proof. We stayed two nights and got no sleep at all due to kids jumping above us and people just walking down the hall. You could hear everything, including the toilet flushing, teeth brushing, coughing, etc in adjacent rooms.

Summary: We have stayed here whenever we have been in town for the last 5 years. This year the people above us where jumping on the floor, our ceiling, in the middle of the night. Starting about 4:30 am barking dogs started in. About 5:45 am we decided to just get up. Not a restful night.

Summary: They're doing a bit of upgrading on the exterior, but the interior was fine. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows were a bit fluffy for me. Everything was clean and the breakfast was really good.
