Positive: We appreciated the after-hours check-in and the phone call that preceded to inform us of our room number and door entry pin. Whilst the room looked a little dated, it had everything that we needed and was very clean. We would definitely book here again.

Negative: My only (very minor) complaint was that the shower curtain was a little short, which resulted in water leaking out onto the bathroom floor.

Positive: Check-in was easy. The coded door locks made it a breeze. The room looked very dated but I expected that given the price so that was fine. There were quite a few people staying when we were there, but it was still quiet. It's in a great location, but it can be hard to get in and out of at certain times. The bedding was clean and comfortable.

Negative: Alot of things seems to be over looked when it comes to cleanliness for example the cutlery in the cupboards had food stuck on them, wash cloths were stained and there was mold, mildew and dust in the bathroom.

Positive: Rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, good heating and provision of cutlery/crockery and toaster was good. Price was very reasonable.

Negative: Not having an actual person greet you. But not a problem.
