Positive: Good location for visiting family and centre of London. Spacious rooms comfortable beds and living area.

Negative: Property is a bit tired ie: bedroom furniture doors were coming off. Not enough cutlery and only hand towels supplied. Smell from upstairs bathroom drains filled the house daily.

Summary: We had a lovely week and comfortable stay. It was all we needed.

Positive: The hosts were great at communicating and provided answers to all questions promptly. The location was good and kitchen / living room area was nice

Negative: The bedrooms and bathrooms were much more worn and dated than the pictures lead you to believe. Old carpets, furniture and beds made it a little uncomfortable. The upstairs shower also didnt work throughout the stay as there was no pressure.

Positive: Spacious and clean and in a quiet spot with a grocery store steps from the property. Owners were responsive when we needed help with the hot water and other items.

Negative: I would stay here again and for longer next time as it’s a comfortable space overall. To make it stellar, I would ask for blackout window shades in each bedroom. The primary bedroom shades lets in ALL the light. Would also be good to have a fan in each room as there’s no AC available. Lastly, the kitchen is very very sparse. Could use more of everything such as dishes, glassware, mugs, cooking utensils, cookware, dish towels, etc. visitors would also benefit from a handbook on each appliance and perhaps some info on neither/attractions nearby.

Summary: Would stay here again but would appreciate some minor upgrades to make it perfect.

Positive: A modern and elegantly furnished house. Large comfortable living room with a comfortable sofa, kitchen with modern and full equipment, intelligent lighting control, very convenient USB sockets in the wall for charging the phone. Intelligent temperature control in the house. Great that there were two bathrooms and a separate toilet - with two families it is a necessity. Large comfortable beds, spacious wardrobe and chests of drawers. It was nice that the equipment included an oven, microwave, hair dryer and dishwasher.

Negative: The alarm went on for no reason and it was hard to turn it off. The slam lock on the entrance door was very hard - it was impossible to close the door from the outside without a key. The internet on the TV didn't work - you couldn't use Youtube, Max etc. There were too few chairs in the kitchen area, we were 7 people and the chairs only for four. The same goes for cups, glasses, knives. Only one large sharp knife, no smaller ones, e.g. for cutting tomatoes or peeling vegetables and fruit.

Summary: A very enjoyable stay, I would happily use this house again.
