Summary: What a great hotel the service was great. The rooms were great and you can literally walk within a few hundred yards and be to 50 restaurants easily. Less than a half a mile walk to almost all the attractions. We will be back.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay. I want to give a special thanks to the bellman Acuman, who went out of his way to always make is feel comfortable and helped with bag ect. The one concerning thing is if you can do some stairs then ask the hotel of the main floor elevator is fixed. Over the week I was there, they kept saying it was getting fixed but it never got fixed. So you have to do one flight of stairs to get to lobby. Great location and as a result many of the surrounding streets are closed during day. Hotel is a golf cart that can help pick you up from down the hill when you arrive. They don’t tell you that but the service is there. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance such as the blue and Sophia mosque. Lots of food options (all Turkish). Overall, great stay

Summary: Sura hotel was amazing! The hotel was so homely & comfortable. It was so clean, modern, high quality hotel. The hotel management & staff were so friendly, lovely & helpful. They really looked after us, like we were family! The standout people at the hotel were: Hassan the manager was terrific, he sorted out minor issues for us with a click of his finger! Mohammed nadeer & uurgh were a great management team. Mohammed Ali Abbasi at the food service & bar was absolutely amazing! He & his colleagues Yasin & Barut really served us with a 5 star service at all times. Professional polite & extemely caring people. Yusuf at the reception was so helpful at all times, always smiling and welcoming with the most lovely greetings at all Times. He was very attentive & helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. The management team & staff really look after you. As a bonus, the hotel is located in the best possible place, near all the main attractions & transport links. Making your stay 10/10. Big shoutout to Hassan, Mohammed Nadeer, Urrgh, Abdul Kadar, Yasin, Barut & especially Yusuf & Mohammed Ali Abbasi who really made our stay absolutely amazing. We will definitely be visiting again thanks to the love, care & professionalism of the staff at the Sura Hotel!

Summary: Medium service minded staff with reception being all time low. Good breakfast with nice selection, but very crowded and loudly. Cleaning in room and bathroom especially not satisfying.

Summary: The location was fantastic, terrace is lovely with authentic old style touch. While most of the rooms do not offer a view, we often spend our time outdoors. The staff members are noce, and the breakfast is quite enjoyable. However, my primary concern revolves around the room's refrigerator, which, despite appearing to function, failed to cool properly. This resulted in the spoilage of my travel provisions, necessitating their disposal. Unfortunately, this matter seems to have been overlooked.
