Positive: I liked everything about the property starting from the room and to the service which every person in the hotel provided to us was exceptional. The swimming pool was looking aesthetic even I did not able to use it this but next time surely would. The Hotel manager and the staff were really cooperative with all the customers. The breakfast was really tasty unlike other hotel this served with utmost speciality fresh upon your request with different options each day. I would give this property 10/10 and would definitely visit again.

Positive: It is not a Hotel, but a Home. If you are bored with typical hotel experience, you should try this property. Its pleasantly superb. The host are friendly, every ready to assist and will go to all length to make your stay wonderful. Though I think they are short staffed but the team did everything possible to make sure you don't feel uncomfortable. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The breakfast and food was also very good. I highly recommend this property and I am sure I will be back to this place again & again. Arjun (the owner's son) is a marvelous person- always smiling, polite and willing.
Negative: Some small pockets areas are not as clean as it should have been, may be there we short of staff during our stay. Detailing in the area of detailed cleanliness needs little attention.

Positive: .A beautifully designed hotel with huge, comfortable rooms and an amazing pool. The food is outstanding — everything is freshly cooked and can be customized to your liking. I especially loved that there are no fixed timings for breakfast, which makes the stay feel truly relaxed. The beach is within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. That said, I’d highly recommend having your meals at the hotel — the food is that good! But the best part of Sur La Mer is the hospitality. Arjun and Mr. Verman are wonderful hosts who genuinely make you feel like a family member. They are always around to ensure everything is taken care of, address any concerns promptly, and are fantastic company over an evening drink. Definitely coming back again!

Positive: The hotel is absolutely stunning. Every time I visit, I end up setting aside a full day just to enjoy the property instead of exploring Goa. The rooms are incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, with every detail covered from ample luggage space to dual sinks and privacy features. The food is exceptional, and the staff are consistently warm, attentive, and helpful. It’s always a highlight of my trip spending time there.
Negative: Nothing. I love Sur La Mer and look forward to visiting every year! It's the only place in Goa I recommend to my friends.

Positive: Breakfast is served whenever you want.You can have it Al Fresco or in your room.Very good varieety,specially the excelent home smoked bacon and ham.Unlike other hotels there are no timings for breakfast.
Negative: Everything was great.Tho the chirping of the birds very early in the morningis a plesaant irritant.
