Summary: The smoking pit was disgusting and its right by the front entrance but all over the sidewalk there was cigarette butts it was a OK hotel but cant say i would ever go back the shower was nice but thats about it

Summary: The first room we were assigned was absolutely disgusting. The staff working in the front reception area were very friendly and accomodating and upgraded me to a clean suite. The hotel is run down and it was super dirty. I didn't see one person vaccum the entire time.

Summary: They didnt have air conditioning but read the reviews and had packed a fan. Room was good otherwise. Smells nice..lobby staff were efficient. We didnt use the pool or restaurant. There was plenty of eating choices near hotel. The street out front is very busy. But we had great view of Mt Mckay.

Summary: The hotel met our needs for the night. They let us know the air conditioning was not working but let us check out the room (it had a window) and gave us fan. Our room was semi cool, the flooring was done in our room, and everything was relatively clean. The kids loved the water slide and pool (spent hours in there) and the restaurant is always good (chicken strips and California salad is a MUST). At check out we spoke to the manager and they gave us $30 off (we asked about that due to the fact that air conditioning didn’t work). Overall it met our needs and it wasn’t as terrible as many other reviews I read.
