Positive: The house was great, it has everything to enjoy a great stay in Marseille. It was clean, relatively close to the city center - I would say it’s perfect for groups. Also the house it’s exactly like the photos.

Negative: The neighbourhood is terrible - it is (said by a tour guide) one of the poorest neighbourhoods in the city and If you have seen or heard about Marseille you can imagine how can that be. Didn’t feel safe at all while walking on the but again, the apartment it is really great on the inside. I would recommend it for groups but not for families with children.
