Summary: Accueil très chaleureux et une semaine excellente dans cette villa superbe. Beautiful well situated villa with everything required for a fantastic holiday, comfortable, well equipped with lots of extras including the fantastic pool and garden. We were made to feel really welcome by generous hosts Annick and Raymond despite our poor French limiting our conversation. Would love to return.

Summary: My family and I spent a week at Villa des Pins, in the last week of August 2013. We had a wonderful time. The property is fantastic and has everything you could want in a holiday home. The house has great facilities including a pool, table tennis table, pool table, Jacuzzi, sauna, wifi, bicycles, barbeque and equipment for games/dvds/cds. The house is situated in a quiet residential area and is surrounded by a very large and well kept garden, with lots of garden furniture. It is secluded and offers privacy. The scenic view from the property can be breath-taking. The children simply adored the pool, which is excellent and it was difficult to get them out of it! The house is probably the best equipped we have stayed in, having rented properties of this type in many different countries. The kitchen is fully kitted with a very large range of cooking and eating utensils as well as the normal food preparation appliances. All the equipment worked well. The proprietors are very friendly and were kind enough to give us a run through of the functioning of all the equipment in the house before leaving us to enjoy our week. Carantec is an excellent place to visit and the town centre has many restaurants and bars of good quality, offering a very wide range of different foods. The local people are very friendly. The beaches in the locality are close to hand, are of good quality and easily accessible. There are many places to visit close to Carantec including Roscoff, Brest and St Pol de Leon which are all worth a trip. I can thoroughly recommend this house to anyone coming to stay in the Carantec area and would give it a very easy 10 out of 10! Thanks again to the Merciers for offering this fabulous holiday home for rental.

Summary: Accueil de la propriétaire très agréable. Elle avait pris soin de faire un feu de cheminée, très appréciable en ce jour maussade et des petites attentions de bienvenue nous attendaient. Pas de surprise quant au descriptif de l'annonce. Tout est parfait : cuisine très bien équipée, décoration de l'ensemble de la villa faite avec goût. Les plus de la location : spa, sauna, grand terrain bien aménagé, balançoires, toboggan qui ont fait le plaisir des enfants (2 ans 1 2 - 6 et 8 ans). En un mot, nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec vue sur mer, proche des commerces et des plages. Nous recommandons cette location aux plus exigeants.

Summary: C'est un vrai plaisir de séjourner à la villa des Pins. La maison est très bien agencée car elle permet à chacun d'avoir son indépendance, grâce notamment aux 2 salles de séjours. Les 2 terrasses permettent de profiter du soleil selon les différentes heures de la journée. Les enfants de tous âges y sont heureux grâce à toutes les activités possibles et avant tout l'immense jardin où les parties de cache cache et autres jeux y sont formidables. La cuisine est très bien équipée et adaptée à la présence de petits enfants. Tout le confort moderne est présent dans une maison aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Une adresse incontournable qui permet de découvrir une magnifique région de Bretagne qui mélange superbes paysages, très belles plages et sites touristiques passionnants. Perso, on reviendra!

Summary: Que dire de plus ... Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle entre amis (deux familles, 4 adultes et 3 ados, chacun notre étage avec sdb : une famille au rez de chaussée, l'autre au premier et pour terminer les ados au troisième.) dans cette somptueuse villa avec une vue sur la mer à vous couper le souffle. Tout est parfait et de qualité : la décoration, le mobilier, la cuisine très bien équipée, la literie exceptionnelle. Bref, une semaine de rêve (séjour en février 2011). Nous avons également profité au maximum du spa , très relaxant après de longues balades. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires est très appréciable. Nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller cette magnifique villa pour un séjour inoubliable.
