Summary: We stayed at Casa Descoberta with family and friends for 2 weeks and had a great time. The villa is very well appointed with a lovely private outdoor space and a great sized, very clean and clear pool. The villa itself includes a separate indoor laundry space which came in very handy throughout our stay. Air conditioned bedrooms were a welcome confort for warmer nights. The location is a short drive from several large supermarkets and is a short drive or cheap taxi into Carvoeiro. Mark was a great host and responded in good time to any queries. All in all highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a villa of this size in easy reach of many things the Algarve has to offer.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was well appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing week in the sun. The villa and pool area are spacious and well maintained, Mark was an excellent host and on hand to answer any queries. The location was ideal for us, not to far to travel to our favourite Algarve locations and walk to local restaurants and a supermarket. We wouldn’t hesitate to book the villa again.

Summary: I booked this property as a single mum bringing 4 teenagers! Ideally situated between Lagos and Albuferia it is a haven of peace. The spec of the villa is superb and every little detail has been thought of with kit for the bbq and all the stuff that you find you need but don’t have being readily available! I can’t recommend enough! Mark was really helpful & always available to answer any questions. The pizza plates the road was excellent too! we had the best time! Don’t hesitate booking!!!

Summary: Hi everyone!! If you read this and you’re wondering whether is worth it or not. IT IS!! look no more The villa was even bigger than it looked like in the pictures, there were towels available both to shower or bathe in the pool. Kitchen and barbecue were perfectly equipped (we had a barbecue on the first night). All the rooms in the villa were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable, we loved staying there as it was very tastefully decorated and we could take a lot of beautiful pictures. The host Mark was very attentive and always answered our questions almost immediately, he was there to welcome us on the first day to take us through a few things we needed to know. About the area, we are young people so it was a bit harder to control our noise , although we did as to not bother the neighbours around. I will recommend staying here if you are looking for a more quiet place. Overall 9.5/10 will definitely return. Thank you Mark ❤️

Summary: Went as a family, seven of us from age 6, to a teen, to a grandmum. I can honestly say they all enjoyed this villa so much. Firstly the pictures don't do it justice, it is far bigger outside, the pool is amazing and while deep there is a shallow section good enough for children and if they have floats then it is very manageable. The kitchen is well stocked and bigger supermarkets are only about 10 minutes away. Good parking space and air con in the rooms work very well. We would recommend staying here and will be back again.

Summary: We booked this villa and can honestly say it’s one of the best villas we have stayed in. The villa was immaculately presented. The owner provided all of the essential items needed including all washing detergents, softener, soap. The kitchen was well equipped with plates, pans, glasses, etc, more than worst required. The bets were very comfortable, and also all of the size of the rooms and showers were also very good. Outside there was plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas if required and the pool was probably the best we’ve seen for a private villa absolutely immaculate. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa for a holiday or short stay and we will definitely be returning.

Summary: Very nice villa in a quiet, convenient residential area, less than a 10 minute drive to Caroveiro or Lagoa. Everything was exactly as indicated in the listing and we received a nice gift of some beverages to start off our stay. The outdoor/pool area is spectacular and the kitchen is well equipped. Mark, the property manager, was very responsive and accomodating. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Summary: Large very well equipped villa. Spotlessly clean . Fantastic versatile outdoor space and amazing pool. Added advantage of utility room especially with an 11 month old . Mark was so responsive obliging and helpful. Very quiet area easy walking distance of some family friendly restaurants serving good quality dishes ( also excellent takeaway service) Would highly recommend to family and friends
