Beautiful villa completely refurbished, located in a superb location, in a quiet corner surrounded by pine trees and just few steps from a large and sandy beach. Tourist tax of 2€/person/night not included. The house is privileged situated at 30 meters from the beach, surrounded by nice environment, with lots of pine trees. An ideal accommodation for families wishing to enjoy the sea, relaxing and sightseeing or groups looking for nightlife, sun and beach. The villa architecture is the typical mediterranean way, opened to the private terrace and garden, light, spacious and fresh. It was built in mid-sixties but full house has been completely renovated recently. The inside is very comfortable, cosy furnitured, laided out in one floor, with 5 bedrooms (all of them double), 3 bathrooms, a big and full equiped kitchen and a 40 squared meters living room. The outside has a porched terrace, with a barbeque, and a roof terrace with superb seaviews. General: linen provided, towels provided Outside: terrace, patio, garden, terrace furniture, barbecue, private parking. Inside: Wi-Fi, heating, fireplace, Smart TV, washing machine, childrens high chair, cot, iron, ironing board Kitchen: dishwasher, freezer, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, oven, blender, toaster Bathroom: shower Beds: 2 double beds, 6 single beds Check-in will be directly at the house. Tips about the house and the area will be given. I'll be available by phone during the stay if any problem or advise needed. This area has a lot to offer. You can visit Tarragona, at 20 km, the most important spanish city during Roman Empire, with lots of ruins and nice beaches. Or, of course, Barcelona, at 120 km, with its renown gastronomic sites, cultural offers and modernist architecture. If you like fine wine, you can visit some Priorat wineries (at 50 km) and make some unforgettable tastings. And if you are interested in hiking and open-air activities, you can go to Ebro river delta (at 90 km) or Montsant range (at 50 km), both are natural parks with a lot of routes to discover. More information provided on arrival. The location is really strategic, balancing all nearby services and a peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere. Beach at 30 meters, supermarket and chemist at 200 meters, kids area at 30 meters, bars and restaurants from 100 meters, pubs and discos from 500 meters, bus stop at 100 meters, train station at 3 km, airport at 15 km, pitch'n'putt and golfs from 500 meters, water park (Aquopolis) at 10 km, amusement park (Port Aventura) at 7 km, sailing equipment for rent at 500 meters, leisure and fishing harbour at 3 km. The villa is located in a residential suburb of Cambrils, at 3 km from city center, and close to Salou (city center at 3 km as well). Summary: The issue is that the Air Cooling was Out of order for almost all our holidays. House maintenance could be improved.

Summary: The host was the sweetest, had the nicest stay. Beach is literally not even a minute by foot, supermarkets are near by, the host offered renting bikes, which we did and which was great. I can only recommend 🤗🤗
