Superb Normandy thatched cottage of the 18th century located in a magnificent park of 10 ha, this splendid residence is an invitation to the relaxation (heated swimming pool, sauna 4 places, room of sport, table-tennis, trampoline, playground (swings and toboggan), botanical trail, bicycles on loan ...).
The interior, restored with care, has retained all its authenticity but nevertheless has all the modern facilities.
The house overlooks the pool and offers a beautiful view of the park and grasslands from which you can see the horses of the stud.
The cottage is located in the countryside, five minutes from Pont l'Evêque and twenty minutes from Deauville, Trouville or Honfleur, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge and near several picturesque villages (Beaumont en Auge, Blangy Castle, Clarbec , Saint-Hymer ...)

Summary: Laurent made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. The photos and description do not do justice to the place, it is a superb location in wonderful grounds.

Summary: The property and setting are spectacular. Laurence is a great host, helpful and attentive. The facilities are great and well maintained, with the grounds particularly impressive. We had an amazing peaceful time. One thing to note, there was 'Internet access' as a facility, which we took to mean via the house, however there is no mainline internet/wi-fi. There is weak mobile data network reception though. It may be our understanding of the categories from VRBO that we expected internet access and it did take some managing with two teens. We probably would not have booked the house if we had have known in advance, but we are VERY glad that we did, it is truly stunning. Just be aware that this is the position.

Summary: We enjoyed a fantastic holiday in this cottage and the kids had great fun playing in the grounds and in the lovely swimming pool. The cottage has been beautifully renovated and is spacious, clean and well equipped. This part of the Normandy countryside is beautiful and the local town Pont L’Eveque has everything you need to stock up with a lovely market on Sunday. The coast is an easy drive away. We would love to come back!
