Positive: Very clean and the host is very helpful it’s near to bus terminal 2 and u can rent a Scotty in the bus terminal 2 it’s good.

Positive: Walking distance to Busterminal 2 in Phuket. A lot of foodstalls in the neighbourhood.

Negative: Access to the apartment was complicated since we were not provided with the keycode before our arrival. We had the understanding that somebody would meet us in person. In the end it worked out but please make sure you get clear instructions regarding access .

Positive: Clean, comfortable, spacious, has everything you need. Tim and Wandee are super friendly and helpful, recommended me of where to eat and even helped me to get a taxi to the airport. Good value for the price. Lovely stay for a single person and short visit!

Negative: I wasn't aware that it's not a separate apartment but a room inside their house. The toilet is in the corridor (yet belong to the guest only) The location was a bit far from everything but there were some local restaurants around. I was ok with it for 1 night.
