Summary: Checkin, communication, cleanliness, hot tub, and back yard were all amazing! Only downside was there was no soaps in the shower and 3 dingy towels left for a house that is advertised to sleep 4 with a hot tub. Two small things that would make this a 5 star stay.

Summary: This cozy little gem is tucked away on the “not so good side” of Memphis.. it’s beautifully decorated with style and sophistication and very clean. However; the location is not very good.. it definitely gives you an unpleasantness about being outside, not to mention the neighbors can clearly see into the back yard over the fence.. So no privacy in the hot tub, along with the cameras watching you.. which I understand:) while we we there, we had pavers wake us up the first morning paving the road next to us and the next morning, roofers on the house next door.. along with loud noises from fast cars on the highway, kids outside the house in the street yelling and fussing at one another, to the hearing the Wendy’s drive through until late at night.. ohh and the living room TV came on by itself through the night as well.. A little scary, but truly the house was very nice and If it were located somewhere else I would want to stay again.. The owners made checking in and out very easy and the ADT system did make us feel more safe!! All in all good time:) Angie

Summary: The rental property is as advertised with one small caveat and that the access to the backyard from inside the home is through the second bedroom. Check-in process was a breeze and fortunately there was nothing we needed to contact the host about as everything was readily available. Both beds are quiet comfortable and the shower is excellent! Kitchen appliances are modern and great for use. The living/common is a bit smaller than expected but as long as you don't have a more then 4-5 people staying you won't feel like you're on crammed in this nice cozy home. Unfortunately it rained every day heavily (which is uncommon in Memphis) the entire stay we were there and could not have a proper experience of the backyard and hot tub but it does look very welcoming from the view. The only thing I would say that is a minor concern is that I'm not sure about the neighborhood as while we didn't have any issues during our stay within the surrounding area and I could be overly cautious but just wanted to be honest and call it out.
