Positive: Easy to book, easy to access, free parking, friendly staff, has an elevator. we booked a family room, no view as it is the middle. Plus, the hotel's excellent point is, the sound proof is excellent, we hardly hear the fireworks noises from the surrounding neighborhood, once we enter the building. The fireworks were far from the hotel but, too many neighborhoods played so the sound. Will be my go to if I come to Alorsetar again. Next to nasik lemak royale. Walking distance if it is not too hot to Pekan Rabu and some eateries. You can walk along the river at night, but I can't guarantee the cleanliness, people like to litter and the municipality didn't catch up fast enough in cleanliness, it is everywhere in Kedah not just Alor Setar.

Negative: Tiny very tiny cleaning in the shower head, taps and bathtub drainage will be better. It is not dirty. I'm just picky. . But the elevator definitely needs some wiping.

Positive: The pillow, mattress and comforter is very comfortable. The toilet is nice. The staff are friendly. The room are spacious and clean.

Negative: There are no cooler in the room. No iron in the room. There are mo mirror in the bedroom.
