Negative: People live here. One guy was watching his videos.. loudly while standing at the toaster counter, eating, and wrapped all up in a blanket. It's good you don't put them out on the street, but they can't run off business. Room had dead box elder bugs. How do they get in a 3rd floor room, where the windows don't open? The bathroom wasn't clean. Keep the curtains shut. Ugly view.

Negative: A very sparse breakfast. Went to eat at 7:15 and the food was gone. Scraped the bottom of the pan for gravy. And maybe a spoonful of eggs was left.
