Summary: The room was clean and the staff was helpful but the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not moving air, just gets hot without the door open and the a/c in room 105 has issues. My house is kept at 72-73 degrees but had to keep turning down the thermostat just to make a change. At setting 65 it was too hot to get under the covers but go down to 64 and it starts cooling and makes it a bit too cold. Seems like a thermostat issue but I’m no expert

Summary: Checked in later than I wanted. We unpacked & pretty much went to bed. Would like to see conditioner in the rooms

Summary: The first week i stayed they replaced towels and garbage bags every other day and refreshed the room. This week not so much there hasnt been 1 time in the last 7 days that i got garbage bags changed or towels replaced. I can see 2 or 3 day stays with no room service. But when you are there long term, daily maintenance should become a priority .
