Summary: Comfy but unclean

Summary: No elevator, the TV didn't work, the recliner didn't, my daughter said the coffee was terrible, phones didn't work, dead bolt didn't work. The staff was very helpful. I was there for a show choir event so didn't change rooms until the next day. It was a smaller room, not a "suite" and the tv and bolt worked.

Summary: Good place to stay and comfortable for the most part. Although the sheets that we had we found blood on and that was not the most comfortable or cleanliness thing to find. Overall a good stay, everyone that helped me was amazing and nice.

Summary: The hotel itself was fine. The employees were very good. The problem was in the room. When the air conditioner comes on, it sounded like a semi truck starting up inside the room. I woke up every time the a/c turned on
