Summary: Pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and condition at this price point. It's obvious that they are consistently improving and repairing to keep up with tenants that treat their rooms poorly. The result is a more updated and well apportioned room than I was expecting. Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly.
