Summary: Room was great! However, strange (Creepy) guy was obviously living at hotel and was cooking in the parking lot. When we got out of vehicle he immediately tried to come up and start taking to me and my wife. Made her very uncomfortable. Happened a couple of time while going to the ice/vending machines.I actually had to have words with the guy..We wound up leaving early...

Summary: Very friendly office staff. Room was clean enough. Toilet valve was sticking and had to be manually triggered. TV had a 1980's lack of definition in the flat screen. Pool was not operational. Parking was great, right in front of my door.

Summary: Breakfast was very poor. no selections, warm milk, one cereal. pool not operational, wifi slow and disconnects all the time. Floor has not been scrubbed in a long time. Socks were soiled after not wearing shoes in room. Had to wear shoes continuously.

Summary: During check in, I use the check area rest room and noticed a roach quickly crawling to hide...that gave me pause from the beginning. The web site offered late checkout, but the receptionist informed me that was not the case and see how the hotel was being manages...I rescinded that idea anyway. I had to re-key the door key several times. Bathtub had cigarette burns as if it was a smoker's room and I requested non-smokers. Sheet/spread and comforter had what arrears to be cigarette burns through them. Pool "Falsely" advertised with an awesome image and a great selling point for staying there, but not available. Great location for food and access to Lancaster itself...This hotel has great possibilities!
