Summary: Our king executive suite was very nice.The room had been renovated.The check-in area had been renovated, as had our room.The hallways were clean and the czrpet looked fairly new .The breakfast area was clean and coffee was very good and the food was fine. The outside is in the process of being updated and painted.The landscape needs some TLC.Our room had a little screened in patio, with comfortable furniture and looked out onto a treed ,green space.It will be nice when the work is completed.We had a nice time and enjoyed our Gananoque staycation.Thank-you

Summary: The only fault of mine was how far away the hotel as from Downtown Kingston. I had $200 out of pocket because there are no cabs in that town. I wanted to check out earlier than seven but the doors were closed.I understand times are very hard these days but they should’ve had someone do the night shift in case someone gets sick, etc. The room really wasn’t that clean but for one night passable. If one comes they should only stay the night and no longer. Thank you. Jonathan.
