Positive: Customer service really stood out: First we received a discounted rate. Second, when we had difficulties with our tv, we received assistance immediately. Third, upon leaving, a staff member went above and beyond by helping carry something to my vehicle !
Negative: Ok, well . . . the air freshener in the room was a little much. Also, the bathroom could have been cleaner. (hair !)
Summary: Overall, the friendly staff outweighed anything negative; I'm sure I will return.

Positive: breakfast wasn't set up my last day, not good. location was good
Negative: the breakfast was to be at 6 but wasn't. i left at 7.45 and breakfast wasn't set up

Negative: Dated, could use an update on decor.
Summary: Glad we picked the hotel. BTW best Mexican restaurant and quilt shop! I'm sure we'll be back.

Positive: Clean room, staff was pleasant, decent breakfast.
Negative: TV did not work, clock was broken. We didn't really need either, as we were therebto shower, sleep and leave.
Summary: Decent place to stay but book online. Much cheaper rate!
