Summary: Room was non--smoking but smelled like smoke. Elevator out of order. Tile in bathroom was heaved up so much, door would not open past 1/2 without a serious drag. Bathroom door would close from 1/2 to close due to being unlevel. Breakfast was pretty sparse so much so we opted for elsewhere

Summary: communication with hotel.com should be better. Needed a pet friendly.Paid for King room. I knew I had to pay 15 dollar pet fee, but was told no King pet friendly rooms available. When told them the 2 double beds would be ok. Had to pay $40 more
