Summary: Very outdated and not clean. Went to breakfast at 7 and no plates or cups. Waffle mix was gone and no syrup. Coffee was good.

Summary: The room had a dirty tub, and dirt all around the room. Fridge didn’t work. Breakfast didn’t have all the options that are offered.

Summary: I will start with the positives. The staff was friendly at check in, and helping us when we could not find the TV remote. The hotel was easy to find, and close to gas stations, and the hwy. The negatives, the room desperately needed a deep clean. Dust was caked on in places, and dead bugs in the light fixture. Fresh paint that matches the walls would help to liven up the room. The property itself needs improvement as well. If you need a place to just sleep, this is it. But definitely would be a beauty with just a few simple touches.

Summary: The staff was very helpful but booked king suite type room but heater was broken so staff quickly got me moved to regular room as heat is more important than size of room. Quick and close and convenient for Chisago city other wise stay in Hinkley Casino much nicer and cheaper.

Summary: All the desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative about our stay was that our room had a window facing the freeway and it was noisy.
