Summary: Carpet was filthy, the bathroom was dirty and falling apart. The coverings for the shower head and dial were failing off. The air conditioner cover fell off when we tried to change the temperature

Summary: Place was in terrible disrepair. Trash strewn all over the property. Door to my unit was warped and peeling and did not close properly without a massive push. Several long-term customers had "homesteaded" on the property and it looked terrible. Room was seriously dirty and needed a proper paint job. Ugh!

Summary: Pros: I70 is right there. No evidence of bugs. Cons: The a/c barely worked. The wifi was spoty at best, when I could get on it. Lots of stains. Not the worst place I have seen but close to it.
