Summary: Sometimes you don’t know what you will get when you purposely book one of the cheapest room available. The room and facilities are nothing to write home about (as expected), but the service staff were phenomenal. Everyone was friendly, down to earth, and eager to help. I got a quiet nights sleep, and caught a 15 fish on the Gray Reef the next morning.

Summary: Casper is a blue collar oil town. Not the cleanest, classiest place. Super 8 is not known for its high class either but this little hotel is a pleasant surprise. The hostess Debbie is a gem. This place is now my favorite stop when traveling through WYm

Summary: There was no hot water and the staff refused to compensate because we booked through Hotels.com. The bed was also uncomfortable.

Summary: Good location and great staff. Building and rooms are dated, and could probably use slightly better cleaning but still a good value for the price. Breakfast is very basic but the staff does a great job to keep it moving.

Summary: Receptionist was very friendly , helpful and approachable We appreciated the complimentary cheese and crackers in the food area when we arrived , breakfast was good and plentiful. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean , however, we noticed a few items missing that were listed as being in room, ie. Coffee maker, alarm clock , iron and ironing board . We Informed receptionist about these missing items who said all were removed recently, we feel the hotel website should be Updated to reflect this. Overall good value for what we paid . Hotel decor could with updating though

Summary: It was conveniently located to family that we were visiting. The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean and inviting. Although, we did not have breakfast there were lots of choices.
