Summary: Room was immaculate everything was perfect except you need to fix the exit door by room 212, it was maddening it is so loud.... otherwise the room was beautiful and you can tell it has been updated and refreshed. But please fix that door :)

Summary: I’m a 44 yo single female who had to grab a room after midnight, sort of last minute. I was trying to find a cheap room, clean and safe, and that’s definitely true for Super 5 Inn. When I arrived, the exterior door to the “lobby” was locked and I panicked for a few mins (as I had already paid in the app) but after a few mins, the owner or employee pulled up and let me in. Maybe he had just popped out to get something, I’m not sure. So I checked in and went back out to my car to get my suitcase. Parking was exceptionally close and easy - I was able to pull right up to the door - but there’s no elevator in case you require one. I had to haul my suitcase up the set of stairs which was fine but the guy at the front desk should’ve offered to get my bag up the stairs, if I’m being honest. He was middle aged and able bodied so that is a service he could have provided. It was after midnight and there was no one else there. So other than the initial locked door and no elevator, it was perfect. Clean, quiet, safe, very basic room but it was great value and I got an awesome sleep. They also let me do a later check out (noon instead of 11am) since I checked in late, had to leave early in the morning for a game, and then returned and had a little nap since they allowed a later check out. Overall, fantastic value for $117. I hope this helps if you’re wondering what this place is like.
