Summary: This is a beautiful house, very homey and scrupulously clean. Each bedroom is nicely decorated. The location is ideal for walking to the Tryon Palace, downtown shopping and the marina. The town seems to be safe. Lots of history to learn, both Revolutionary War and Civil War. I highly recommend it.

Summary: We stayed for four nights at the property. The three bedrooms are upstairs but a nice size. The living space and one of the bathrooms is on the first floor. The living space and kitchen were very nice and comfortable to spend time with family. A little bit of a walk downtown but easy with great sidewalks and beautiful homes along the way. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The house was perfect for my wife and I to see our son that is a Marine. It rained most of the time we were there so we spent quite a bit of time in the house which was perfect. The house was clean and inviting and even our puggle had room to play. Highly recommend if in New Bern as it is close to down towneverything downtown
