Summary: Fantastic stay for our Round Top antique show weekend. Great location within a short drive to shopping. The house was perfect, as described. The hosts live next door and were there to greet us upon check-in as well as provide extras for our stay. Great experience and highly recommend!

Summary: Cleanest rental ever! Was just as advertised, loved the large screened in porch, quiet area, and close to downtown.

Summary: We stayed here while shopping the antique market 3 days during the Spring show. The owners have made it very comfortable with lots of little touches. The furniture is very comfortable and we really enjoyed the back screened porch for happy hour! We would rent again.

Summary: We stayed at the Sunshine house for a girls trip to Round Top. It's a very convenient location, quiet neighborhood, and cute small town. This is a very clean house, everything feels brand new. The screened in back porch is wonderful. Mike and Rita are very sweet. We really enjoyed our stay. FYI, there is a train close by that runs a few times a day (last one in the evening we noticed was at 9PM) but it didn't bother us.
