Positive: We picked this because of the great location, as we was going to Haydock Races

Negative: There wasn’t enough drinks glasses, cups, cutlery and crockery for the group of 8 of us. We had to go and buy some from B&M across the road. I also think there should be a dining table and chairs and enough garden furniture for the number the house has capacity for.

Positive: Location was good for what we needed , ease of parking, bedrooms and kitchen were very good ,

Negative: Seating in the lounge - this is advertised for 8 people - 8 adults can stay here very easily and sleep very well, bathrooms good , but seating in lounge is really not acceptable - one settee that could sit 3 - 4 at a push , other 5 had to sit on dining room chairs, if another settee was provided, I would have given this property top marks as everything else about it was very good - for a large group of friends or a family was excellent , please address the lounge seating not really acceptable for the price we paid not to be able to sit comfortable to be honest there is plenty of room for another seat
