Positive: What a perfect stay we had at The Dovecote! The owners were lovely, the room was nice and spacious and very very clean. Everything you needed was in the room, including a fridge with bottles of water and milk in. The view and sunset was lovely in the evening too.

Positive: All stars ticked. Quiet, clean, good location and facilities. Use of picnic/drinking areas in the evening. Left alone to enjoy our stay. No pressure. A relaxing stay

Negative: Not a moan at all, constructive I hope. Wished the area at the bottom of the garden under the shelter / bar area was not stacked up ?for the end of summer, but set out a little more inviting.

Positive: The room, the decor was all perfect and really well done.

Negative: So all the reviews previously had said how lovely it was and how each of the visitors had been able to share and use the outside space, we were never afforded this, hence had to sit in the room or go across the road to the pub that shut just after 9. That was disappointing. In the room itself everything was catered for, coffee, tea, milk a wonderful bath and a really nice shower. However you then had to hang your towels out of the window to dry since the towel rail didn't work. However in fairness I didn't report it but this should be checked prior to arrival.
