Summary: Beautiful and very welcoming home with everything you could possibly need! The kitchen was so well stocked with every cooking gadget you could ask for!! The pool and hot tub were amazing! The beds were so so comfy! We loved our week here with four generations making some wonderful memories!!!

Summary: Of all the VRBOs I've stayed in, I've NEVER had a host as kind and considerate as Jarrett. We traveled with my infant son and disabled sister, and he went out of his way to make sure we have the info and set up we needed. The house is beautiful, the pool and hot tub were divine. Can't thank Jarrett enough for such a relaxing week!

Summary: We have been staying in various places on Lake Lanier for the last three years for a family vacation. Jarett’s place has exceeded them all! This home has everything you could possibly want in a vacation getaway. This home is appointed with great furniture for relaxing. Awesome views from the family room of the beautiful lake. The kitchen is spacious enough to accommodate a large family and equipped with everything you need to prepare a great meal. Each bedroom has a TV with very comfortable beds. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Along with the game room. Jarrett was very quick to respond with any questions or needs we had. This was amazing vacation for our family! We definitely will be booking again for next year!

Summary: Perfect spot. Hosts are very helpful, and it’s a very secluded part of Lake Lanier. Plenty of room, wonderful pool/hot-tub, plenty to do and large enough property to feel remote. Would rent again.

Summary: We spent a beautiful week and enjoyed every moment. So many wonderful memories were made. It was perfect for my husband and me, our three adult children and their wives, and three grandchildren under four. Couldn’t have asked for better time.

Summary: The home was perfect for our family vacation with 8 adults, a 3 year old and 1.5 year old. There is a crib and pack n play in the home so we didn’t have to bring them which was nice. The pool and home were very clean upon arrival. I skimmed the pool every morning and emptied the skimmers. Lots of large spiders were in the skimmers but easy to remove. We used the pool and fire pit daily. The walk to the dock was very unlevel ground with lots of rocks. The dock was nice but had several wasp nests and lots of spider webs. We had to avoid the wasps when getting in the boat we rented. Not a big deal, just be aware. We rented a pontoon boat from Shore to Shore and asked Bo for a sit in tube and life jackets for a 25 and 35 pound child. He stated he would get one. However, when the boat was delivered, no sit in tube or life jacket for a 25 pound child were there. Disappointing as I emailed 6 months in advance requesting these items and followed up with Bo 2 weeks prior to arrival. He confirmed all requests would be met. The boat…when we would get to 30 rpm’s, the engine would shut off. The boat would not allow us to go at a higher speed. It took us 2 hours to get to Pig Tales restaurant. NOTE: you can rent pontoon boats at Pig Tales dock and they have sit in tubes. Next time, we will rent from there nut not Shore to Shore. Summary: home was awesome, boat was a huge disappointment.
