Positive: The property is on a lovely site with great entertainment. The caravan is so homely and quirky with everything you need. Like home from home. It was clean and the owners have thought of all the little touches. The owners are absolutely lovely and happy to answer any questions. They are so responsive and kind. It’s clear they genuinely care you enjoy your stay.

Negative: There’s absolutely nothing I could say we didn’t like.

Positive: -it’s in the middle of town centre with lots of supermarkets, off licences and diverse restaurants -it’s near to the beach, 10 min walk -I was allowed to use parkdean resorts entertainment complex with £11 per person. The complex had amusement, restaurant, heated swimming pool and small casino type. Booking for swimming slot is separate, from the reception -the caravan was beautifully decorated and there were plenty of towels, toilet rolls, cleaning materials, utensils and crockeries with cooking pans, kitchen hob, a refrigerator. -the caravan has plenty of rooms for a bigger family to accommodate, two toilets to balance the toilet queue, smart tv, free WiFi, free parking in the parking lot which was super close to the caravan. -the caravan was extremely well maintained and clean. No spot anywhere. My 1 year old was given a travel cot and it was good quality. -not to forget, the host has been super active in communication. I messaged them plenty of times regardless day and night and they responded very well.

Negative: -I’m sorry to say that the beds were way too soft and bouncy for us. It was spring mattress and both me and my husband had backache after waking up in the morning. -some indoor game activities, board games, children games and children books would enhance the guest experience if they are family with young kids like us.

Summary: We would like to come back if the mattresses were not spring ones.
