Negative: Very small, pictures a little deceptive. Having to get and return key to separate address inconvenient. Would be better if could self check in at property.

Positive: Good location on the esplanade but that’s about it. It’s uncomfortably small, can’t fit 2 people on the couch or walk past each other without brushing shoulders. The terrace area was dirty and uncleaned. There was no mention that the whole building is covered in exterior scaffold due to major building rectification works, my 6 foot partner had to bend to walk up the entry and into the foyer. The scaffold has been strapped with pool noodles. The staff at belle property had no idea about the property name and then after a while directed me to their outside letterbox to find my own key even though their office was manned..
