Summary: One patio door and windows were not locked. Hair dryer wouldn’t work. Grass needs watering in back yard, hurt feet. Coffee table very wobbly. Water filter on fridge needs replacing.Propane tank was completely empty and no note to fill it. Very quiet neighborhood.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the home. It was a very quiet neighborhood and in close proximity to beaches and restaurants.The home was updated, bright and the aesthetic was very calming and beautiful. The outdoor space and pool area was was awesome.The kids loved the pool. Large fenced yard for our dog. The garage had pool toys and was stocked with some beach gear. Management was very kind, welcoming and communicative. We had an issue with the fridge leaking but management responded quickly and sent a tech to rectify. We also were there for hurricane Helene and they sent a tech to put away the furniture and prep us for the storm. They made sure to update us on storm procedure as well. Overall I highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

Summary: This was a perfect setup for our family. Nice pool, clean and nicely decorated house in a quiet neighborhood. We were closer to our favorite Englewood and Manasota beaches and restaurants when we wanted to go out, but also were content and comfortable staying in. The property managers were very responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue and were able to stop by and fix it within two hours. We loved our stay and will be back!

Summary: Loved the stay. Enjoyed things around Englewood House was in great shape, clean, and Global was Very helpful when we had a question. I think MBR mattress was memory foam and I had to sleep towards the middle or felt like I was on a slope. Ok after I got used to it. Really enjoyed the pool and the place was well furnished. Home was way above in an average looking neighborhood . Great vacation.

Summary: We were in town for 10 days for a wedding and some relaxation. This house had everything we needed- TV, pool, fenced in yard, inside amenities. We did have some issues with the fridge, but Global was responsive and made good on it- certainly no fault of their own. Overall we enjoyed our time there, and the area.
