Summary: In a bind, I would stay here again because it is very close to Dartmouth, I felt safe, the room was spacious, clean, quiet, and the staff friendly. There was a strong musty smell that hit me every time I re-entered the room, likely due to the age of the property.

Summary: It was hard to get the room temp right. Not business friendly. The windows were broken. The price for one night not booked thru Expedia was over $300 and the room was definitely not worth it. Very small cramped room. It looked old with minimal improvements.

Summary: The bed was comfortable. The view from room 22 of the river was lovely. The refrigerator/freezer was good. They did a shoddy half job of updating an old motel. There was some mold. Very tiny rooms.
