Positive: It’s a very clean and the beds are comfortable! I don’t have to bend or squat to take a shower, plenty of hot water for showers!

Negative: Would like suitcase racks in the rooms but no biggie.

Summary: We really enjoy stay here, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is great for what we need.

Positive: I always stay here on my trips to Waterloo. Always find a clean, homey space. It is a block from the main business district. While are no extra amenities like breakfast, it is a very convenient space in town and a great place if you just need to put your head on a pillow for the night.
